Marysville Joint Unified School trustees and Superintendent Fal Asrani were served legal notices and demand by four citizens at the February 8th, 2022 board meeting. The documents are a “Notice of Intent to File Claim Against Government Crime Policy and Fidelity CR DS 04 08 07.
The nine page document outlines numerous violations pertaining to the Superintendent’s and the Trustees’ oath of office and involving crimes against students and parents. The notice gave the respondents until Wednesday February, 16, 2022 to respond.
If there is no response or an unsatisfactory response then an action will be filed against the school’s insurance policy. The total liability to the bondholder is $1,556,000 per claim if the noted demands are not made.
Serving the Notice is a culmination of months of parental displeasure at the decisions and direction of the Board. The document is demanding the following changes:
“Remove any and all obscene material from the school premises including virtual access; Stop coercing all forms of Covid propaganda concerning how dangerous this is to our parents and grandparents; That all children should want to save their lives by getting the vaccine and they can choose for themselves and do not need the consent of their parents to do this; End all vaccine clinics and stop promoting them to children and parents.”
“Cease coercion and pushing CRT, transgender, Gay Rights week, demanding children to declare if they are transgender to participate in school activities. Halt the enforcement of policies that require universal masking without the consent of children, teachers, bus drivers, faculty or staff. Halt the enforcement and propaganda of vaccines on children, teachers, bus drivers, faculty or staff.”
“Immediate resignation of Superintendent Fal Asrani and all board members that were served intent letters. We’d like to perform an audit with regards to school spending as well as the spending of ESSER funds over the past 2 years.”
Those served are charged with Violating their Oath of Office; Practicing medicine without a license; Violations of Constitutional Rights and Due Process of Law; Conspiring to and Making Laws of Mandates, Orders, and Ordinances.
Numerous charges are sourced to State and Federal codes; Civil Rights and The Individuals with Disabilities Act; International Humanitarian Law; The Hague Conference on Private International Law; UN Child Protection; UNESCO Universal Bioethics Declaration; Geneva Declaration of the Rights of the Child; and The Nuremberg Code.
The document warns that the school officials will be held fully responsible and personally liable. Most public officials think they have immunity from their poor decisions. This document contends otherwise.
State and local health officer mandates regarding masks, rules restricting interaction, socialist distancing, PCR testing, and distance learning have caused a collapse in education. Scholastic scores are shameful. Parents have been banned from campus access.
Students lost a minimum of one and possible 2-years of education, athletic and cultural development due to the fraud perpetrated by the state and local political leaders. Nonsensical Covid policies abused students that are essentially immune to Covid and the teachers have a 99.8% recovery rate as well.
The annual flu is more dangerous than Covid. Studies show that students are far more likely to die traveling to school than by contracting and succumbing to Covid.
Nonetheless, the U.S. medical and teachers’ union dictatorships ignore the Constitution and the law to do whatever they please. In this case the government formally abandoned students though education informally ditched students decades ago.
