Who Are the Covid Criminals Anyway?

Newsom and Ramsey v Mitchell

When Stockton, Ca.’s Pomp Hair Salons (3 stores / over 40 cosmetologists) were raided by armed Consumer Affairs (CA) agents in December 2020 the owners said it felt like a drug raid. Remember the paddle boarder chased-down and arrested off-shore of Malibu, CA? Parks and beaches were closed. Fishing was prohibited. Employees were fired for mask and jab noncompliance.  Police harassed pedestrians out for a walk.

Citizens told to stay home were threatened with arrest should they cross their property line. Students were forbidden school or play with neighbors. Children as young as two were masked. Employees that refused the jab if not fired outright had to do a weekly “walk-of-shame” for a fraudulent stick up the nose.

Addiction recovery and mental health support meetings were shuttered. It was like the elite wanted certain demographic groups to die.

The psyop demanded that X’s be placed on floors to enforce standing locations and arrows in shopping aisles directed traffic. Violating the arrow would get you a shaming. Government meetings were closed usurping the rights of citizens to personally confront officials.

Small businesses received closure orders though were offered no due process or compensation for losses. It was the greatest transfer of wealth from small businesses to the uber rich in world history.

In recent questioning by congress members about the Covid mandates Xavier Becerra (Secretary of Health and Human Services), Miguel Cardona (Secretary of Education), Rochelle Walensky (former Director of the Centers for Disease Control) and Douglas Parker (Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health) all claimed under oath that there were no legal mandates but only friendly advice offered for the public’s benefit. Compliance was completely voluntary.

Really? Who knew?

The elite and the privileged scoffed at mandates. They had their mistresses over. Their hair was done. They dined at “open” 5-star restaurants and enjoyed sport events shoulder to shoulder unmasked. They shopped at closed businesses. They traveled and vacationed. Their children attended private schools and enjoyed camps unmasked.

Like the Pomp Hair Salons, Maysville, Ca.’s Randy Mitchell’s 5 Upper Cut Shops became a target for the state, as well. Mitchell was first threatened by the Marysville Police Department and cited for working during a “Covid diktate.” Mitchell was also booked and released in Placer County for the same atrocity, cutting hair.

On one raid all 5 shops were hit simultaneously by Consumer Affairs (CA). Barbers were cuffed with patrons stranded in their chairs. One barber was transported to Yuba County Jail for booking.

Other barbers were admonished by agents with arrest and threatened with being blackballed to work in California if they did not stay home. Mitchell was tried by a CA judge via telephone for noncompliance to a “diktate” and his licenses revoked.

Now, it’s been 4 yrs. of Covid Con with Gavin Newsom conceding that his administration, but not he, made many errors. Newsom nonetheless is destroying those who did right when he globally humiliated himself with the most punitive and restrictive Covid rules other than Vietnam and China.

Newsom currently is fining Upper Cut’s Randy Mitchell $135,000 for costs to investigate the barbers and harass Mitchell’s employees and customers. The malicious prosecution does not stop with a fine. Newsom’s Attorney General (AG) Rob Bonta wants Mitchell’s hide for not kissing the governor’s ring.

The AG found a dismissed Butte County traffic case that included possession of a gun and refiled it against Mitchell using District Attorney Mike Ramsey. In the twilight of his career Ramsey is going to be the “cleaner” for Newsom and wants to send Mitchell to prison for 7 years.

Mitchell has been in court monthly for so long even one Butte County bailiff called the case “b…llsh..t” out loud. Malicious prosecution is often used in the current corrupt legal system to financially and emotionally break those that don’t comply with tyrannical “diktates” of rulers.

The Kalifornia Attorney General’s office representing the Cosmetology Board tried to deny resurrecting the Butte County dismissed charges but then admitted that their attorney Brent O. Jex was in Butte County stirring the pot against Mitchell on the traffic/gun charge.

Although both Covid and Newsom are Cons, tyranny prevails in Kalifornia where Mitchell must pay the state for providing a living for more than 40 workers, plus their spouses and children.
