Phuong Luu has failed as Yuba-Sutter’s Health Officer. Though graduating from medical school she has little or no experience as a practicing physician. She is another pitiful bureaucrat, lots of authority and no accountability. In the last 15 months, Officer Luu coordinated a blitzkrieg against the common cold (Covid) literally destroying the community to stop a mouse.
Is she crazy, a liar, or just incompetent? Residents are finding health notices posted on their homes warning the neighborhood that this household tested positive - positive for a cold. Good physicians, afraid to openly denounce a fellow doctor, said her dictates to stop Covid would not only fail but would make people sick by damaging their immune systems.
Did you know that medical people were forbidden to offer preemptive treatments (inexpensive medicines) to stop Covid when symptoms surfaced? Medical providers themselves were quarantined if a patient had a positive PCR test though the person was not sick and the PCR test was wrong more than 90% of the time. This is insanity.
Patients with pre-existing health problems and untreated for Covid symptoms were sent instead to be put on a ventilator in the ICU where nationally more than 90% perished. Many communities sent no people to ICUs including those with Covid plus on-going serious ailments. The key was treating them early for Covid symptoms. Medicare paid hospitals $13,000 to admit a Covid patient and $39,000 if they put them on a ventilator.
Smart citizens resorted to on-line doctors and ordering Covid-stopping medicines there, as well. Do you realize that the political-medical fascists blocked the use of many Covid-stopping-drugs until the election was over?
Luu’s fear campaign included making herself a You Tube personality weekly proclaiming doom without strict obedience to her kooky notions. The Covid scourge could all be thwarted she promised if people, toddlers to the feeble, would wear a laughable mask, stand on prison-style floor markings, observe voluntary lockdowns (another prison term), be phobic about washing hands, don’t go to work because you are ‘nonessential,’ shutter thousands of businesses, stop community gatherings and maybe the most egregious idea, end education.
Thousands were told to work from home where they could tend the kid, get high, open family mail, take some personal calls, vacuum, entertain visitors and even have a romp with the significant or insignificant other. Government employees stayed home or worked in closed offices avoiding exposure to the dirty bad public. Then, they’d go shopping at the big box stores.
No fishing, going to the beach, walking with loved ones, sports and on and on and on. Who were the Nazis sitting in their cushy taxpayer-funded high places contriving this madness? Most politicians loved ditching the public from their meetings.
Do you recall Covid was touted as a highly contagious extremely fatal “Black Plague” that would decimate America (2.2 million deaths)? It was all complete lies by politicians and career lab rats like Fauci and Birx and has succeeded in defiling American Medicine. Big Pharma and Global Weirdos like Bill Gates are making hundreds of millions off the coordinated fear mongering.
Meanwhile, the normal work of the health office has stopped. State code says the health officer should address community emergencies, communicable diseases and the circulation of illegal drugs.
Heroin and fentanyl deaths are now commonplace even among teens. Meth sales are surging. Behavioral Health who controls all addiction treatment funds says they are broke. They now do drug / alcohol treatment assessments from home, hilarious.
Overdoses are occurring daily and deaths weekly. Young people and adults are also killing themselves. A twenty-something longtime drug user perished by walking into a train last week.
Doctors are reporting an uptick in incidences of syphilis to the health department so sex partners can be contacted for treatment. However, physicians are told the office does not have time for tracking, except for Covid numbers.
What about the community’s mental health? Will the health officer address the spike in domestic violence, divorce and restraining orders due to her Covid strategy? The Covid stats are posted weekly but it would probably take a Freedom of Information Act request to get the real gruesome stats on suicide by government.
Our heath officer and our politicians are killing us. It’s time for a purge.
