A coalition of democrats, many republican politicians, Antifa, Black Lives Matter and communists have violated the Constitution in order to take over the Presidency and the houses of Congress. Anti-Trump forces have accomplished a somewhat bloodless coup.
The majority of Americans that voted Trump are now sorting-out what to do and what the options are for elections that have clearly been manipulated for some time choosing liberal candidates. In fact, some math geeks concluded after studying irregular voting patterns nationally that California went red, but cheating did not seem to make a difference to judges including the U.S. Supreme Court.
Friends living in communist countries either don’t get to vote or they know it has no meaning since elections are rigged. The options are to leave the country or submit. Most cannot leave. Those in Vietnam view the Trump overthrow as losing their last hope of liberty and freedom for their country.
So, people here may now be living in communist America, but the local county can be a sanctuary of liberty if there is a Constitutional Sheriff that can resist the Governor, state and federal agencies, and the local supervisors.
The Sheriff can arrest officials for violating their oath of office. The Sheriff can also stop state agencies from harassing businesses in his county. The Sheriff can be a wonderful protection for citizens in perilous times like this. Citizens in some counties are forming militias to work under the authority of the Sheriff when needed.
There are people now examining whether county supervisors can be held personally liable for violating the Constitutional Rights of local citizens by enforcing unlawful mandates in order to collect money from the Governor. The rights of citizens are not for sale.
Since Yuba-Sutter is fortunate to have two Constitutional Sheriffs in Wendell Anderson and Brandon Barnes the work now is to organize local militias and remove politicians that violated their oath of office. The next step is to confirm that all elected officials are Constitutionalists.
Currently, there is momentum to replace Governor Newsom through the recall process. Nearly 1.5 valid signatures (1.2 million already collected) are needed by March 17, 2021 to trigger a special election and people seem eager to sign the petition to be rid of him. For first-timer recall participants, on the same ballot where you vote yes or no to recall there will be a list of candidates from which to choose Newsom’s replacement.
As all social media platforms blocked President Trump’s comments and ads, Facebook recently locked-out 150 administrators of 75 recall pages serving 200,000 volunteers. FB pages have been the network among recall workers throughout the state.
These platforms have immunity from Congress against content lawsuits since the media leaders promised an unbiased and uncensored marketplace of ideas and speech. They lied to Congress and the American people and now use their immunity to violate users’ constitutional rights.
Millions of people are moving from these monopolistic sites like Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Instagram, Signal and Google in favor of new venues protecting people’s free speech, privacy and offering no censorship.
Thomas Jefferson said that “If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it he is obliged to do so.” He also said, “The two enemies of the people are criminals and government, so let us tie the second down with the chains of the constitution so the second will not become the legalized version of the first.”
To the peoples’ and Jefferson’s dismay, the constitution is cast aside and the criminals are in control.
