Is the shine off the success of Suck-the-Bucks? How often can they disrespect American institutions, disparage other people’s values and display god-like arrogance before customers’ tastes change?
In 2020, while in Reno teaching a class, friends related this incident. Two acquaintances, law enforcement officers were in line for coffee. The Nazi baristas were insisting “No masks, no service.”
In a department briefing earlier that day the officers were instructed to no longer wear masks. They were in regulation attire – but not up to Suck-the-Bucks standards. Baristas are good Nazis as well as medical ‘experts.’
The demi-gods could tolerate no exception for Reno’s finest. No coffee for YOU!! Other masked customers offered to buy the officers’ drinks. It was another example of a spoiled brat creating a Suck-the-Bucks sh*t storm. She needed to be jack-slapped out of her “wokeness.”
Police in Tempe, AZ were asked to leave Suck-the-Bucks because a pissy customer complained that “they did not feel safe” with law enforcement present. The founder of Blue Lives Matter NYC called on Starbucks to take action against corporate anti-police sentiment after three publicized incidents 2019.
Patriot and founder Thomas Payne in December 1776 wrote “What we achieve too easily we esteem too lightly.” When you are spoiled; when you attend college for free; play a game for a living; been brainwashed by government schools; you then hate the only place in the world where you can survive, get a check and essentially be a loser, an imbecile, and a freak regardless of ethnicity, color, and sexual bent. You are damaged goods and a drain on the global flora and fauna.
Now, one of Suck-the-Bucks’ finest managers nationally is coming out of the closet. She is normal and can’t take it any longer.
Amanda Wannagat of Salt Lake City was an administrative star often assigned to mentor new managers from around the country. A mother of three children, she eventually resigned due to a toxic work environment. Wannagat attributed the hostility to political indoctrination in the name of “anti-racism” at employee trainings.
“I felt like I was in a cult and I was drinking the Kool Aide.” Though most employees appeared to be left-leaning if not activists when she started in 2015, she initially believed the company had good qualities.
However, the workplace environment began changing in 2017-18 following a Philadelphia manager calling the police on two black males creating a disturbance. The company said the manager must undergo “unconscious bias” training.
In fall 2018, Suck-the-Bucks staff needed to learn a special way to work with LGBTQUIA-XMNOP people. Workers were to embrace “discomfort” and start a conversation with such customers discussing issues such as their sex, particularly if a misunderstanding led to a tense interaction. Wannagat believed talking about sexual topics to customers was inappropriate.
In 2019, employees were to search their “hidden biases.” In 2020, workers were to wear Black Lives Matters (BLM) T-Shirts after the death of George Floyd. No other political shirts were allowed but Wannagat was ordered to distribute BLM shirts. Wannagat did not wear the shirt.
Then someone read on Facebook where Wannagat related in effect that “All Lives Matter.” Her staff began to bully her both at and away from work.
In January 2020, store managers were required to attend trainings where history professor Ibram X. Kendi taught. Kendi is a racist kook from Boston University. An analogy to Kendi’s racism theory would be that if you deny beating your wife, then that proves you to be a wife-beater. Demons slipped Kendi a stupid pill and simple-minded white kids now memorize his every word.
Wannagat asked for corporate help to quell bitter employee antagonism against her. Workers screamed and yelled at her in the peace-making meeting. Wannagat believes Suck-the-Bucks’ indoctrination created a racially-charged work culture.
In June 2020, Wannagat decided to leave. “I had a really great job, and I just won a national award In December 2019. And 2020 came along and just crashed everything down and really put me in a spot where I had to choose between my morals, my values, my beliefs, or my job.”
